Dice Tower Print Settings

  • Material: PLA+ is the standard recommendation. PETG adds durability but can be noisy - add a felt insert to the catch basin to dampen impact sound.
  • Layer height: 0.2mm for the body, 0.12mm for the exterior detail faces. Split the model in your slicer using height modifiers if your slicer supports it.
  • Internal baffles: Do not reduce infill below 15% on baffle layers - they carry real impact load from falling dice. 20% gyroid is the recommended setting.
  • Exit chute angle: The chutes are designed at 35° - do not change this. A shallower angle causes dice to skip; steeper causes bounce-out.
