Full glaive with angel wing crossguard. 8-segment print that assembles over a 5-foot wooden dowel. The wing crossguard is printed as two halves that clamp to the shaft. Lightweight.

Prop Construction Guide

Segmented prints: All large props are designed for printers with 220×220mm beds. Join segments with CA glue + activator - 30-second bond, sanded smooth in minutes.
Core reinforcement: Insert a 1-inch PVC pipe or wooden dowel through the handle cavity before gluing the final segment. Adds structural integrity at zero additional print cost.
Weight reduction: Print heads and large elements at 5% infill + 3 perimeter walls. You get the exterior detail at a fraction of the weight. Test balance before final assembly.
Con-safe finishing: All blade edges in this catalog have a minimum 3mm radius. Sand any print artifacts on edge surfaces with 220-grit sandpaper before attending events.
